June 2026: Northeast PA Market Recap
June was a busy month, and I'm thankful for everyone who trusted me to be part of their real estate journey. I had the opportunity to help 11 buyers and sellers close on 11 properties, with a total sales volume of $4,484,389. Every closing is different, and it's always rewarding to help clients reach the finish line, whether they're buying their first home, selling, or making their next move.
