As December comes to a close, it also marks the end of another full year in NEPA real estate alongside Lewith & Freeman Real Estate. Wrapping up 2025 in the month of December, I had the opportunity to help 11 buyers and sellers successfully close on 10 properties, reaching a total sales volume of $3,447,500. Ending the year with continued activity is a strong reminder that real estate doesn't slow down—it simply shifts with the seasons.
