September brought a mix of residential and commercial real estate transactions across Northeast Pennsylvania. Throughout the month, I worked with three sellers and one buyer, completing four transactions across four properties for a total sales volume of $3,277,500. These transactions spanned Mountain Top, the Back Mountain, and Berwick, covering both single-family residences and commercial real estate.
