May 2026: NEPA Market Recap
May was a focused and productive month in the NEPA real estate market. I had the opportunity to assist 4 sets of clients in successfully closing on 4 properties, resulting in a total sales volume of $2,496,100. This month's activity was centered primarily on single-family homes, helping clients navigate important decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
