November was a steady and productive month across NEPA. I had the opportunity to work with 5 buyers and sellers, closing 5 properties for a total sales volume of $1,463,100 throughout Forty Fort, Shickshinny, Hunlock Creek, and surrounding areas. Each transaction brought its own set of goals and challenges, and I appreciated the opportunity to help guide clients through every step of the process.
As we enter the winter months, the real estate market naturally begins to shift—but opportunities are still very much present. Winter often brings more serious buyers, motivated sellers, and less competition, making it a great time to make a move. I look forward to continuing to support clients through the season ahead and into the new year, wherever their real estate plans may lead.
