August was a busy month, with plenty of moving pieces across the NEPA real estate market. I had the opportunity to work with 13 buyers and sellers and close on 10 properties, representing a total sales volume of $4,741,380. From the initial conversation to the closing table, each transaction brought its own set of circumstances, and I appreciate the opportunity to work through them alongside my clients.

Real estate is rarely a one-size-fits-all process. Some clients are ready to make a move, others are still weighing their options, and sometimes the right decision is simply taking the time to understand the market before making a commitment. My role is to provide the information, experience, and guidance needed to help clients make decisions that work for their individual situations.
