April brought strong momentum across the NEPA real estate market, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help so many clients throughout the month. I had the privilege of assisting 13 buyers and sellers while successfully closing 12 properties, totaling $4,659,055 in sales volume. Throughout the month, I proudly represented both buyers and sellers across a variety of transactions and communities throughout NEPA.
