As June comes to a close, it has been a productive month in the NEPA market. I had the privilege of helping 12 buyers and sellers close on 11 properties, reaching a total sales volume of $2,387,900. Every transaction has its own story, and I'm thankful to have played a small part in each one.
June often marks the start of the busy summer season, and this year proved no different. From guiding first-time buyers through their first offer to helping sellers move on to their next chapter, it's been rewarding to see so many goals come to life. Each client's trust means a lot, and it's what keeps me motivated to keep working hard every day.
