As we shift into the heart of the summer real estate season here in Northeast PA, I want to take a moment to reflect on an incredible start to 2025. With the spring market now wrapped up, June kicked off with exciting momentum. In total, I had the honor of helping 16 amazing buyers and sellers close on 12 properties, reaching a total sales volume of $5,651,500 in May. It's been a busy and rewarding season so far!
