July 2026 Market Recap
July was another active month in the Northeast PA real estate market. I had the opportunity to help 10 sets of buyers and sellers and close on 9 properties, with a total sales volume of $3,809,790. Based in Mountain Top, I work with clients throughout the surrounding communities and across Northeast Pennsylvania, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from finding the right property to getting a home sold.
